DOGMA project presented at the 5th FoodConf in Budapest

On 20-21 November 2025, DOGMA coordinator, Prof. Francesca De Filippis gave a plenary lecture at the 5th FoodConf (Conference on Food Science Technology and Innovation), in Budapest (Hungary). The lecture, entitled “Exploiting the Microbiome of Traditional Fermented Foods to Improve Food Quality and Human Health” illustrated the importance of the microbiome in fermented foods for human health and presented how the DOGMA project will contribute in sheeding the light on the role of food microbes in modulating our gut microbiome.
