DOGMA project at Food System Microbiomes Conference in Wageningen!

On 25-28 November 2025, DOGMA team (Francesca De Filippis, Chiara M. Calvanese and Nadiya Dunayevska) were at the 2nd International Food System Microbiomes Conference. The team presented a poster explaining the aims of the DOGMA project, entitled “The Food-Gut Microbiome Axis: Exploring the Potential of Fermented Foods to Restore Gut Microbiome Diversity”. It was a great opportunity for engaging with experts of food microbiome coming from all over the world and for presenting the ongoing sampling activities focused on fermented foods and gut microbiome in traditional populations in Africa and South America.

The poster and the abstract presented at the conference are available for consultation in our Publications section.
